We get it. 

At first glance, we may appear to be like any other sub sandwich franchise. Following in the footsteps of the many who have come before us. Here’s the thing…We are not just a sub sandwich franchise. 

The “Zeppelin” is NOT a traditional  Sub Sandwich. 

The Zeppelin is an innovation that combines freshness and portability to deliver a delicious, wholesome meal that guests can get fast, without having to settle for the processed ingredients traditionally found in fast food franchises. 

Additionally, our goal has always been to offer an alternative to the traditional sub sandwich franchise and salad franchise opportunities in the market today. Bread Zeppelin is a fast-casual franchise, that from a business perspective, offers the benefits of both a sub sandwich franchise and a salad franchise all under one roof. 

Above and beyond that we strive to consistently excite our guests with innovative food prepared and served by engaged employees.

What is in a Zeppelin? 

 A Zeppelin is a locally baked artisan baguette, toasted to perfection, and then filled with a flavorful, fresh salad.  We use freshly prepared ingredients;  quality meats marinated and grilled onsite each day.

  • The Classic Zeppelin: Romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, and feta cheese with Greek vinaigrette.

  • Steak & Blue Zeppelin: Grilled steak, blue cheese crumbles, arugula, caramelized onions, and balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Italian Zeppelin: Genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone, romaine, banana peppers, red onions, and Italian dressing.

  • Tejano Caesar: Cotija Cheese, Jalapenos, Tortilla Chips, Romaine and Tejano Caesar Dressing

  • Zeppelin Garden Salad: Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Mediterranean Salad: Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onions, feta cheese, and Greek dressing.

  • Cobb Salad: Mixed greens, grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled egg, blue cheese, and ranch dressing.

  • Southwest Salad: Romaine, grilled chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, and chipotle ranch dressing.
